They produce for other brands too (not that many, but a few), they do that because they have to spread risk, have more than one egg in the basket. If we go tits up, then they're screwed too. I grew Iron Heart very quickly in the mid 2010's, and the factories grew and expanded with us. A lot of the growth was driven by growth in Thailand. One day (literally overnight), demand for Iron Heart in Thailand virtually dried up. Iron Heart in Thailand was a fashion item and with that comes attendant risk, I should have been more aware of our vulnerability. I knew I could grow other markets and would fill the void, but it took a year or so, and during that period the heavy ounce workshop, especially, suffered badly, that wound still weeps....

It’s already cold here and I had to toss the leather bottomed wool ones I had from kyrgies. They stank something awful and always felt moist. Tried everything to clean them and nothing worked.

Im a big fan of vests so on my list would be:

21oz SBG Type 3 vest
21oz SBG N-1 Vest and/or Jacket

I think I’ve probably mentioned this before but man I’d love to see a vest (IHV-44) made like the IHJ-79 or 153 with vertical chest pockets and flap hand pockets. Makes sense as it would reduce bulk over the midriff area for layering.
