Had the thought of an 'ultimate' 21oz Modified Type III as an extremely limited release for a special occasion (25th Anniversary?)
The classic, but with gun pockets as found on the leather Type IIIs, lined with yellow/mustard (same colour used on shirt pocket tabs) ventile and finished off with a custom cordovan leather patch similar to what was done for the 21st Anniversary 634s.
A very specific suggestion, but I'm just here daydreaming of my dream denim jacket and wanted to share.

In addition to that I was thinking about something like hand overdyed denim as a one off special and how that would fade compared to the usual od process.

I’d love to see more use of the ‘pale grey’ overdye that was used in the 332 Anniversary shirt!

We have been talking about bringing plain UHF's back for a long time. The issue is that we have maxed out ALL our factories, so we have to prioritise what we make.....The basis math is, if we do one thing, them something else does not get done.
Look at how little we have in stock of core product, and how long restocks take to get done.
Alex and Harakis single biggest challenge at the moment is managing that.

They produce for other brands too (not that many, but a few), they do that because they have to spread risk, have more than one egg in the basket. If we go tits up, then they're screwed too. I grew Iron Heart very quickly in the mid 2010's, and the factories grew and expanded with us. A lot of the growth was driven by growth in Thailand. One day (literally overnight), demand for Iron Heart in Thailand virtually dried up. Iron Heart in Thailand was a fashion item and with that comes attendant risk, I should have been more aware of our vulnerability. I knew I could grow other markets and would fill the void, but it took a year or so, and during that period the heavy ounce workshop, especially, suffered badly, that wound still weeps....

@Giles found the IHSH-305 and IHSH-54, any plans on bringing those back ? Maybe adding more colors?Oh, and this is on our product ideas spreadsheet....

House slippers.
It’s already cold here and I had to toss the leather bottomed wool ones I had from kyrgies. They stank something awful and always felt moist. Tried everything to clean them and nothing worked. -
Olive duck five pockets. There are barely any green duck trousers available and I love it.
