Do you think the teacore horsehide has the potential to develop like this Y2 indigo dyed horsehide over a few decades of wear?

Almost bought the Y2 from a forum member but I can't deal with no hand warmer pockets..

Maybe similar, that Y2 looks veg tanned so t=starts off life softer than yours
