My money on James all day long to win -
We have a partnership with the Indigo Invitational/ Redline Rally, where we give them money to be a brand sponsor of the event(s) - and have done from the start - we do this hoping that it will give more visibility to Iron Heart as a brand.
We have a partnership with Denim Dawg and Stitch whereby they create content that is fun, engaging and showcases our product in great locations, captured beautifully which highlights to others how well our gear can stand up to harsh environments.
Bryan from II/RR enjoyed this content and wanted to use some of it to help promote his contests, again, to garner interest in applications and entries to his competition.
None of the above have anything whatsoever to do with who wins and who does not win the contests. To be completely honest, I don’t think that an Iron Heart entry winning the competition makes any difference whatsoever to how many jeans or jackets we sell.
What is important to us is seeing our clothing, worn well, aged well, and enjoyed by customers around the world and that is what sells product. That’s exactly why we asked you to fade the dobby cloth sample recently, and why I would consider asking you to do something similar again.
I would be absolutely delighted for you to win one or both this year. For what it’s worth, I thought you deserved the win in last years rally, but as I have no input in who wins what (which is why our partnership with Denim Dawg has nothing to do with these competitions) it wasn’t up to me.
I hope that you understand that we have no bias. We are a small brand trying to do the best to promote our clothing and at the same time have some fun.
