Ship John

@MrJay @FlavourFade I hope it's not jeans. I love Ship John, but none of the bottoms they have made since I found out about Ship John have worked for me. Run a bit narrow for my build. Or if it is jeans, I hope they run a bit larger in the thigh and butt.

21oz IH lined wills jacket or fight me
-
@FlavourFade same here! Looks like it’s a variation of the leather patched used on the 14oz denim, but we shall have to wait and see!
The linen ss26 type 2 has a similar patch as well I noticed.
If it actually is a real tease of something in the talks/works then I am def of the denim wills gang too.

Personally I think the 16 or 18oz vintage denims would be the best choice for a sj collabo, maybe even the broken twill fabric. Also I'd prefer if they bring a shirt or jacket over bottoms but we'll see. Hope Mike is already wearing and fading a sample and he doesn't take as long as the shop to announce more

@Go-For-Chill let me dream lol
-
I would lean towards a jean jacket. IH brings the denim and SJ brings the pattern. Not sure what value SJ brings to jeans.
-
yeah maybe a denim rambler jacket or something...
-
There was a point several years ago when Mike was having difficulty getting denim, and I suggested a possible IH/SJ collaboration to help him out. Also sighting that if such a thing were to happen,people would loose their collective minds. I was right about that and I’m thinking it’s going to be jeans.

Give me a Dehen/Iron Heart Kristofferson and I’ll never buy another jacket again

@mecken88
thanks dude!
You’re gonna love it! -
This 2XL is Ginormous. About to go Nuclear Hot and shrink the Fvck out of it. Wish me luck

-
@Denimhead-0 Mine should arrive soon too. I am actually glad if it is roomy so I can then put it in the hot wash aswell and not worry about shrinking it too much.
-
@Denimhead-0 looking forward the after picture on how much you’ll manage to force shrink it haha🫣

Hope it turn out great!🫶 -
@Denimhead-0 it's definetely running large but looks like a good starting point for some hot washes!!
-
Did a scalding hot soak followed by a hot wash w no spin, followed by 10 mins in dryer, checking fit, followed by 10 mins again with another check, and another final 10 min dryer round for a total of 30 mins.
Came out w 1” shrink in p2p, Shoulders, and almost an inch in sleeves. Lost 1.5” in length.
So much better

@Denimhead-0 great fit !! But still more like a shacket no?
