If memory serves; didn’t you start the 888s a while before the shirt? If so, it’s wild how quickly the shirt has caught up to the jeans!

@Go-For-Chill Yes I started the UHR 9 months prior to the CPO but I have been wearing them 50:50 with a pair of XHSib. The CPO has been worn more frequently in a shorter amount of time. For reference, the UHR have 282 wears and the CPO has 230.

@Oaktavia I had suggested an OD/UHR Vest,as the over dying would get all the shrinkage out, but I’m with you and would love to see a jacket/CPO/shirt made from that material.

To the best of our knowledge, this will be the final run. We want to keep making it, but we have been told that it maybe too hard. I would plan on this being the last, if you want a pair.

@wjw, thanks for the complement. IIRC, IH was know for being slow faders…but the deadstock cone was even less willing to give up the indigo. I actually bought the SExIH07 before the 634’s. But at the time they were my go to and thus worn till they started needing regular darning.

@Boit wow, quite the journey and so many different pairs! You've given me a preview of where my 634S' may get to, but I'm hoping to get any serious wear like in your second set of photos Sashiko stitched. Where do your retired pairs go? Some people chuck em up on the wall, which is cool.

It's funny though, I think some pairs stand out more when there's still some dark (indigo or otherwise) character in them. Makes me excited to eventually secure an IB pair, though I'm gonna hold out for a 888 XHSib, so I'll need to be patient and give my 21oz some hell till then.
