@T4920 My machine has a wool program which is basically a gentle 30°C low spin cycle wash. Works fine. The wool remains soft and doesn’t shrink or distort. Just make sure to not use any softener.

@goosehd I see and makes total sense to me to have it removed.

However, my go-to strategy is also to mark my items as sold only AFTER I got confirmation of receipt by the buyer and everyone is satisfied with the transaction. Simple and does its job.
