IHSH-443-IND - 7oz Cotton Linen Chambray Work Shirt - Indigo

@blue2gnt are you between two sizes for all the measurements or is it just for one or two measurements? There’s always the option of requesting an item with slightly larger or smaller dimensions. In my experience, the IHUK Crew will do their best to accommodate these requests. For the recent 888-UHR drop for instance I asked for a 93cm waist and they happened to have a 93cm waist.
The crucial part is getting the measurements right, so if you haven’t done this already I strongly encourage you to watch this video and measure a shirt or two that fit you well:

@goosehd has written an excellent piece on sizing, which is well worth a read as well:

I saw the western version in person yesterday and I would not describe it as neppy.
-
This is sick! Would love a short sleeve version too
-
So stoked for this.
-
Looks very nice!

How does the fabric feel? More rigid like denim or soft?
-
Rigid but more like a new chambray IMO
-
And ordered. Looking forward

My uneducated guess is she will be like a good teatowel, or a new relationship. Crispy to start, but softer and nicer to touch as things progress.

How do I get a set of the black buttons? I have an older denim work shirt and the buttons are silver thin ones that tend to pop out. The button is too small for the hole! @AdamJ
-
XXXXL was definitely the move. Anything smaller wouldn’t have given me enough room in the chest.
The fabric is really cool. Looking forward to it softening up a bit, and it definitely feels lighter than a chambray. 3 oz difference and the linen makes a very noticeable impact.

@northsouthdenimguy wow the grey weft is really showing in this photo. I wonder how this one will fade.
-
Yes, it really does even with this crappy picture. This is gonna be a good one. typically i’m a western guy but prefer this more tonal stitching
-
@northsouthdenimguy I usually prefer westerns too, but there are certain work shirts that just look better. This one is a banger.
-
Size large still remaining of those who missed out

Yeah, if anyone’s on the fence about this one, I’d highly recommend it.
Not sure I can personally wear it in the scorching Georgia sun mid day, but it’ll definitely be a go to in the evenings, cooler stretches, or rainy summer days.
I think this fabric is going to fade really well. Even just trying it on, you can see some early creasing in the arms. Nice and crisp but still comfortable.

@northsouthdenimguy I'm going to try to wear it in the heat this summer. After wearing the 21oz CPO last summer, any shirt should be easier. Especially one like this. I think it will take well to wearing and washing frequently. A nice, faded and well worn chambray is just awesome.
