I haven’t started wearing my Olive version as the BB is getting almost daily wear. She’s getting pretty dirty and like em that way 😁

@Denimhead-0 Wow - the natural leather tones poking through the black look amazing! Love to see it.

@catdad1 This might comfort you in your decision: my experience with this shirt is that it does shrink (or at least mine did). I have received 3 of these:

              • The first one got rained on once. Not heavy rain, but I still went ahead and followed the instructions to dry it (first between 2 towels to remove as much water as I could, then hung away from heat sources). Once dry, it had shrunk so much I could barely put it on any longer. To be fair, the experience revealed other issues (a hole, in some areas the leather was paper thin, in others it became incredibly stiff), so I don't think such a shrinkage was normal.
              • Replacement had a couple of holes in it so I sent it back immediately.
              • The 3rd shirt was in great shape. Couple of cool scars, but no holes, couple of thin areas but not see-through. I loved it. A year or so of light wear later, I began realizing the shirt felt a little tighter. Then that some of the stitches looked more strained than normal. Upon measuring it, I realized that its dimensions had gone from a size L to an M...

Aaaall that to say: it might be a blessing in disguise that yours is a little too large. 🙂
I've genuinely been considering selling my Big Buck, and came here today to see if there is a restock in XL on the horizon. I see that some people have reached out to Simmons Bilt for repairs, so I might explore that instead!

@machooth thanks for the insight! Sounds like you've had quite the experience with these shirt. I'll hold out for a good while before it's first wash as it's my weekender shirt for now but glad to hear it tightens up some. It has start to conform to my body. Definitely glad I held onto it, it's so soft and feels great on the skin.

Also gave it the proper @Oaktavia and @Denimhead-0 treatment. Got food on the lower hem on its first wear and scrubbed a little too hard. Hand dye finish came off a bit but it'll wear in. Just gotta keep hammering away.

@catdad1 It’s a food magnet 😁 If I am home and about to eat, I throw the Untucked Duck over it for protection.
