                  @Alex and I were talking about the restaurant Fallow and the great YT channel they have. So I decided to get a bit cheffy today and attempt

                  I think I am pretty good at the common or garden variety, I'm hoping this will be next level...

                        So far the most difficult thing has been making the cartouche - took me 4 attempts....😂

                        Three and half hours in the oven now.....
