Are these low rise? The fit pics don't look like it, but on ebay the charts say front 9.25" and rear 14.3" for size 33.

Yep, the rise on these is quite low. My 40 is only like 15.5” or something

Low rise and large opening at the hem, but my all time favorite fit. These get worn a lot.
