A lot of IH shirts are like this. I'm not sure its an error.
Just an fyi - these lost about an inch in length in the first wash. Cold wash hang dry.
@cyclops also, not offense to SE, but I would go with the measurement on the iron hear UK site over the SE measurements. I've bought plenty from SE and it is a great place to shop, but I find their measurements are not always the most accurate.
@CosmoSix5 nice! I had to pull the trigger on this one. I blame you.
As far as sizing goes, I'm a Large in UHF and I went XL in this after hearing reports that it runs a bit small. XL would work, but was a bit too big. I ended up buying a Large as well and it fits perfect. I can fit a hoodie under it just fine and it also looks good with just a t-shirt. Just a data point for anyone thinking of sizing up.
@Ral1121 I wear a large in the western UHFs and CPOs. I can go large or medium in the workshirts. Most of the jackets I go medium. For this one I went large and its perfect. So if you are stuck, I think you'd be safe with the same size as your westerns.

Hey Guys,
Silly questions: How are these different from the Selfedge x Iron Heart ODCPO 19 oz version besides the 1oz difference?
I have the Self Edge x IH jeans and this shirt. The denim is quite different. In addition to the lighter weight the IH denim is smoother. The SE denim is more uneven. Also this shirt is twill lined on the collar and sleeves and I don’t think that’s the case with the SE version. The buttons on the IH one are distressed as well which I don’t think is true for the SE version.
I really love both denims, but I think they are slightly different in weigh and feel and a bit in color.

Not ironed and no time to take measurements but to me it looks like it “tightened up” from the shop pic. Slight shrinkage?
Edit: I also know there’s been a comment about it being boxy, but this is one of the least boxy shirts I own. On my personal box-to-boxy scale, it barely even registers as a box.
Did you go with your normal IH shirt size?
said in IHSH-208-IND - Indigo Kersey Western Shirt:
@don_pipone & @CosmoSix5 this must be a unique fabric because it’s already more narrow in the waist and opening and more tapered from the chest measurement than any other iron heart shirt I’m aware of. For example, most size L with a 22.3 chest would be + or - 21.5 waist and 21.5 opening and this one is 20.8 waist and 21 opening. Sizing down to M puts you at 20.4 waist and 20.6 opening. I’m nervous about going that slim, but I may have to defer to you guys since you already have the shirt.
@don_pipone & @CosmoSix5 Welp, you guys were right. Went medium and sizing is spot on. Appreciate the advice!
@TwoHearted313 yes - still available. Feel free message me if you are interested.
I’ve toyed with upgrading snaps a few times, but never pulled the trigger. If you’ve done it, post up the pics here so folks like me can get a better idea of what the end results look like. I know each shirt is unique, but seeing examples is always helpful for me. I’m particularly interested in UHF western upgrades, but would love to see other styles too.
Can anyone that has both the indigo and the OD compare the two? I have the OD and it’s pretty soft brand new, but I see some comments that the indigo might be a little stiffer and not so soft. Can anyone comment?
