@cyclops also, not offense to SE, but I would go with the measurement on the iron hear UK site over the SE measurements. I've bought plenty from SE and it is a great place to shop, but I find their measurements are not always the most accurate.
@CosmoSix5 nice! I had to pull the trigger on this one. I blame you.
As far as sizing goes, I'm a Large in UHF and I went XL in this after hearing reports that it runs a bit small. XL would work, but was a bit too big. I ended up buying a Large as well and it fits perfect. I can fit a hoodie under it just fine and it also looks good with just a t-shirt. Just a data point for anyone thinking of sizing up.
@Ral1121 I wear a large in the western UHFs and CPOs. I can go large or medium in the workshirts. Most of the jackets I go medium. For this one I went large and its perfect. So if you are stuck, I think you'd be safe with the same size as your westerns.

Hey Guys,
Silly questions: How are these different from the Selfedge x Iron Heart ODCPO 19 oz version besides the 1oz difference?
I have the Self Edge x IH jeans and this shirt. The denim is quite different. In addition to the lighter weight the IH denim is smoother. The SE denim is more uneven. Also this shirt is twill lined on the collar and sleeves and I don’t think that’s the case with the SE version. The buttons on the IH one are distressed as well which I don’t think is true for the SE version.
I really love both denims, but I think they are slightly different in weigh and feel and a bit in color.
@SamD thanks for the info!
Can someone school me on the pros and cons of the oiled vs non-ouled version of the N1? Is the oiled version greasy or cold feeling? Is it harder to keep clean? Anything else to consider? Thank you.

I hung dry it and seemed fine afterwards. Not sure why you'd tumble dry with heat if you don't want shrinkage.
I don't want to hem them and have the inseam come up over time. Plus I'm curious why there is conflicting care info.
The care info on the Iron Heart website says "We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry", however the care instructions on the pocket and tag say "tumble dry low". The same is true of the wabash pants and probably others. So which one should we follow and If we tumble dry, how much shrinkage can we expect? @ShopatIronHeart
@Tobi ha ha - that’s one relaxed sleeve you got there on a relaxed guy! Thx man.
I just received mine. Medium was the right call for me. Question to @Tobi or anyone else that has has worn this shirt - did the sleeve openings stick straight out when you first wore the shirt? Can I expect them to hang more naturally after some wear?
@tody I’m a large in UHFs and a large or medium in work shirts and CPOs depending on the shirt. I went smaller with the medium based on measurements. I’ll let you know if I made the right decisions when it arrives.
@Tobi much appreciated. Great looking pants.
@Tobi damnit! I wasn't going for this one until I saw these pics. BTW - what pants are those?
