Long answer:
99% of people can't size our boot cut properly (let alone in a 25oz). The customer returns on the IH-461 and IH-461S were off the scale, which is why we no longer offer them.....Additionally, as @Alex has said a number of times, our production capacity is such that we can't make enough of our current core cuts to satisfy demand as it is.
It is seriously embarrassing and potentially damaging for us never to have a decent quantity of core items in stock for more than a day or two. We're the brand FFS......
Some people think we are manipulating production to create scarcity, and that hurts me personally, as we have never been, nor ever will be that cynical.

that’s about the 461 Dennis , not the 463 boss cut which is not that difficult to size right if you ask me
️ and I have both. And absolutely agree that 461 is a sizing bitch 
but even the capacity is restricted I hope for a
463 XHS

@FlavourFade I’ve mentioned this before too? And I agree. Haraki has a G-shock that he added was own Iron heart logo to somehow. I think on the band.
Would immediately buy.

Would love to see an oxford style shirt with button down collar in iron heart denim. A nice 10z denim shirt for the office would be a dream

Not sure if this has been asked requested before but will do anyway. So I was looking for peacoat and when doing research of them found out that vintage ones used kersey wool before it was phased to melton wool (I assume due to cost).
Looking at modern peacoats there is no kersey wool option available. Even kersey wool jackets in general, I have noticed only one brand making them. From quick search I was unable to find out why modern kersey wool is not used, especially since what I've gathered it is basically superior to melton wool.
Thought it would be good to ask you guys since you make kersey cotton shirts and of course you have knowledge about these things.
So question why isn't kersey wool used in modern jackets? Would Iron heart make one out of it? For example the peacoat.

A waxed canvas modified type III. Or even waxed duck. I know when sashiko was first asked on here you guys said Haraki would never go for it because it wasn’t his style but that happened. So maybe this would fly some day
