Fantastic @northsouthdenimguy

@flannel-slut I struggled with pillows that never gave support, created hot spots, as in my ears would go numb, and would also be physically very hot and not breathe. Also I'm a side and back sleeper so no one pillow was ever the right thickness or firmness. The buckwheat solved all those problems for me. It's a firm pillow, basically sleeping on a bean bag kinda, but the buckwheat hulls interlock to keep its shape when you get it adjusted to any contour and height. There's a bit of transition from a foam/feather type pillow but if goes quick. Easiest way to adjust them before sleeping is to even it out and then run your hand under the pillow while resting your head in it.
I've slept on many now with traveling through Japan including ones made from plastic beads kinda like from a school jump rope, some sort of plum seeds that were almost the size of an almond in its shell, and hybrids that also have feather around it. Personally, I think the regular buckwheat is a good place to start.
The most mentioned brand was comfy comfy but they're probably all about the same. Also, don't ever get in a pillow right with one of if these, it'll really hurt

Checking a lot of boxes @pechelman consider myself one step closer to giving buckwheat a try

Good luck with them! They certainly aren't for everyone and it took me a solid week or two to really be a convert but I'll never use another type of pillow at home. I also couldn't tell you the last time I woke up with a sore neck or shoulder which I feel like used to happen pretty regularly on normal pillows.

@pechelman thanks for the buckwheat suggestion. Pillows have been the bane of my existence, always looking for the perfect one. I’ll give these a try.

I’ve wanted one if these for a hot minute and finally found on sale from Liberty.

Also shown is my mini souvenir Rhino from Real McCoys. Love it.

@Anesthetist neat!

@flannel-slut Well, I've been influenced! Just made a purchase of the Green Comfort Slippers. Although I'm disappointed the sizing on the actual green ones only went up to their equivalent of a size 9 in men with the low top version. Those definitely look the coolest, but I ended up with brown. Since you have the high tops, what's your experience with putting them on? Can you put your feet into them without the help of your hands?

@Anesthetist love it! When you find where its gonna live post again

@indigo_fades nice man! I’m still very much enjoying mine and great call on the slides. I ended up purchasing me and the Mrs a pair of the slides after seeing the quality in the boots. I find myself going for the slides over the boots solely for ease of putting on

Christmas gift to myself

Picked these up yesterday at a community festival in Hawaii. The shirt fabric is vintage and will fade over time. The drawstring shorts are color fast. The cut and stiching is really well done, made from Hawaiian rice bags, super breathable fabric and one of a kind.
