@SKT I’d be lying if I said that my shoulders weren’t aching and my legs didn’t turn to jelly after I sat down. It’s amazing what a good night sleep and some mountain food will do to lift your spirits and reset the body. Today is an acclimating day so just a short hike around the Namche Bazar area and eating some good food/coffee. Incredibly beautiful area and I can feel the air starting to get thinner.
