IHJ-148-IVO - 10oz Kurashikizome® Organic Cotton Duck Chore Jacket - Ivory
-
Thanks @Jack @JoshC, I think I should be fine with an L on this one. I measured up the shacket pictured below (which I can already layer with a UHF but is a little tight across the back when I do) as it's the most chore-coat-ish thing that I own, and an L should have even more room than this across the chest/back, without it getting baggy on me.

Measurements for the above:
Shoulder - 19
Length - 29.3
Chest (P2P) - 23
Waist - 22.75
Sleeve - 25 -
Checked, and my 'order confirmed' email landed in my inbox before the email advertising the drop. Looking forward to this!

Never been so on the fence as I am with this one. Can’t work out if it’s awesome or something like my old school teacher or grandad would wear?! Also, the sizing seems weird. For a fitted coat I would have to take a small whereas I take an XL in UHF and a L/XL in type 3’s.

Are these mutually exclusive?

Sizing down once from my UHF-size and going for the L in this was spot on for me. Thanks for the help @JoshC & @Jack. (X-post from WAYWT thread.)

@EdH Amazing fit! This is making me think I made a mistake going for UHF size but we'll see
-
@EdH looking suave as hell, sizing down looks like the move

@Alex Nice! You don't normally think that something might fit the ladies as well. But seeing this photo I now think maybe an size XS would have actually been a nice gift for my lady.
I Once found a second hand smaller size burgundy UHF and It's gotten so much wear! -
@Northman definitely worth looking into. I have purchased quite a few items for my wife and oldest daughter now. Typically XS and sometimes Small. Jeans, flannels, jackets, etc.
There’s a handful of us that do the same and have been pretty successful.
…as always, measure some of her favourite items to get some baseline measurements and work from there.
The crew are also really good at helping you out!!

such a good fit!
