IHSH-414-WHT - 9oz Cotton Linen Work Shirt - Off White

I'm not wearing the shirt to court today, let's put it that way. But I am toying with the idea of changing into it (and a pair of jeans) in one of the court loos for my journey home for the weekend.

So you're wearing the shorts?

@Danny-RnH nice new shop by the way, sorry to have missed you this evening!
@EdH Thanks for coming to see us and picking up the shirt which looks great btw. Hopefully catch you next time.

@Twistlock Has it been washed? Looks softer somehow?

@tody not that you need any encouragement, but it's another lovely piece. Plus, how many off-white cotton/linen work shirts do you already own? If the answer is zero, you just have to make it work
@Tago-Mago says true. Its a lovely shirt.
Not helpful for you I know. -
I’ll tack on here to agree with @steelworker & @Tago-Mago This shirt is awesome, very soft hand but sturdy, and super comfortable right off. I also have so many indigo/black/green shirts, that this one really helps to spark the wardrobe with some contrast. I find myself looking over the twill lines and flecks quite a bit, it’s a subtle beauty.

Waited till the very last moment to cop one of these in my size. Thanks @SKT for giving me that last nudge. Hell of a shirt
-
@SKT it really is and separates itself nicely from other IH fabrics. Should be able to get year round wear out of this one

@flannel-slut looks great man, I was so curious about this one. Looks like I should of got it
-
@flannel-slut it’s a really interesting fabric. It has the typical IH heft and to me feels a bit heavier than 10oz chambray even though it’s listed at 9oz. I may track down the black too cause I agree it could be worn year round.
The heavier feel may just because it has a “drape” to it. Really love it

Couldn't agree more. It's a perfect mix of a comfortable-from-the-start shirt that also feels substantial and rugged. On day one it feels like your most well broken in denim shirt. I actually starched the heck out of the collar just to give it some structure.
