In the process of ordering my loyalty Voucher is not being accepted even though order is above 250 USD. @AdamJ

@TeflonDon our pricing has always only ever been 'fixed' in one currency, we then convert to other currencies at a fixed exchange rate. This means all non dominant currencies have non round numbers, and your card would always have been charged this number historically, not the rounded number you saw on the site (you would have always been charged lower than the listed price, not higher).

This logic is not out of the box, but as @AdamJ says, we have a fix lined up.

@Twistlock are you able to do the below for me? We need to see what you are seeing to investigate, the codes are linked to your customer accounts so we cannot replicate without resetting your password and logging in as you, which we don't want to do (not even sure we can..)

IHJ-147-BLK doesn't have the color toggle to the orange.

I have worked out the issue for loyalty vouchers, we moved default currency to GBP, and the codes are now only valid on orders over £350 not $250 as a result, this is a simple fix, we will sort it out in the next two hours.

I also had problems with redeeming my gift voucher yesterday during the placement of my order. Unfortunately, I didn't take a screenshot nor do I remember the content of the error message...

@Alex Prior to my failed use of the said voucher, I asked the crew to merge my two vouchers into a single voucher and the total of both were merged into one of the given vouchers - if that also helps at all in any way.

Thanks for the answer - my bankaccounts are in danish kroner, so I hardly ever see the exact amount I pay in euros.
