@Iron-Heart-Germany Nice!
@Alex good to know, I’ll remember next time.
-
@freepickin wow those fades look incredible man.
-
@Oaktavia thanks dude! Wearing them hard everyday and plowing/shoveling snow in them for work sure has been nice for the development. I'll be sad when the day comes that it gets too hot and I gotta put them back in the closet till October. At least until the jorts from the spring '25 collection drops

@Chillberg soon real soon! (should be here next week finger
) so keep an eye out for updates on here
@Germinal better than this? No - not until we announce a launch date.
-
If we knew the launch date, we would have posted it already. I understand your looking forward to these releasing, but asking the same question in several different ways will not get you a different answer. As soon as we know the date, we will announce it here, as we always do.

@Alex You have no vision on your supply chain ? It has been 3 months I am asking when. First it was Feb / March, last week it was maybe this week, and now it is : we don’t know.
This is one of your core cuts … so yes I am a bit suprised you don’t have a precise answer.Have you ever worked with Japanese? If you had, then you would know how difficult and sometimes frustrating it is. Admitting that they are late with something is a grave embarrassment and worthy of harikiri, so they either do not commit to a date or if they know they are going to be late, they do not tell us. Asking over and over again, only embarrasses them more, and that is not a good thing to do. I started this forum so that we could give our customers as much information as possible on all aspects of production, supply etc. We do the best we can.
Sorry if that is not good enough.

The late, great Andrew Weatherall had a regular show on NTS radio called “Music’s Not for Everyone.” I always found it really hilariously wise-ass, but also to have a grain of truth.
A lot of us on here can get a bit uberfan when it comes to defending the brand, so I am happy to flash my bias at the door and say that I am indeed chiming in with that perspective. One of the things I love most about Japanese stuff is that idiosyncratic balance between meticulousness and obsession. You might get the most perfect thing you’ve ever owned, but it can also be a real pain in the ass to get it sometimes. Also, I don’t think I’m going out on a limb here to say that it’s more than a bit enjoyable to own something you can’t just pop into the middling retailer down the street and buy. You might have to work harder to get your hands on it, but in my experience, I’ve always found it worthwhile.
So anyway, just wanted to offer my two cents on that and say that I appreciate the work y’all do, and the patience you show from being constantly asked about stock updates (admittedly sometimes by me). And for people who demand reliable delivery schedules, it’s going to be tough for you. I say this with a loving wink — Iron Heart’s not for everyone.

With some of my other hobbies, sometimes the thrill of the "chase/hunt" of actually trying to get something is the most enjoyable experience, as once you get it you end up moving on to the next thing... Although with IH I do tend to appreciate it more when I have it in hand compared to other hobbies such as watches/comics I collect.
