I’m thinking it’s the 17N fabric myself. Based on the hairiness of it. Reminds me of my T3 with that denim. But we’ll find out soon enough. I’m so stoked for measurements in my size.

Wearing them again tonight. The diving in them, poor freshwater rinse and 3 days to dry them properly, made them stink to high-heaven and made me super unpopular ......

We have a bath at the new place we are at, so gave them an extended soak and dried them on the balcony in 8 hours.

I do not think I stink now. Well, I probably do, but can't blame it on the jeans any longer....

Also curious to hear how the jeans did in the tropical heat. Would you do it again? I’m not sure denim and heat & humidity like Vietnam are compatible but you are built different
