        Maybe, though that is largely dictated by what is ready in japan. It means nothing will launch on the old site after this week, though..

              The current website will be turned off at 10AM BST on Tuesday 15th of April and we're aiming to go live between 24-48 hours after this depending on a few things we need to take care of behind the scenes.

              Some things to note:

              • Your existing customer accounts will be ported over, but we are unable to import your passwords. We will send an email inviting you to re-activate your account on the new system.

              • All of your order history will be migrated over and it will live in your account as usual. Reward vouchers will also be carried over and the codes will remain the same.

              • We are changing to a new CRM platform so there will be a brief period where our current help desk is unable to respond to your queries whilst we get setup. All other social channels such as Instagram, Facebook and the forum (of course!) will not be affected.

              • Any orders that have been placed up to the morning of Tuesday 15th April, we are aiming to have them all processed and shipped (where possible) before the down time.

                      The forum has now been moved to its new domain. Redirect are being put in place as I type, but if you have it bookmarked, or you have the mobile shortcut downloaded on your device, you will need to update it:
                      https://forum.ironheart.co.uk

                      You will need to login again as it's now treated as a 'new' domain. You'll also need to reinstall the app if you added it to your home screen.

                            @motojobobo the main thing that annoyed me was the filtering function that had to reload the page every time you checked a box. Serious time sink and not something you get on other sites. Otherwise some of the drop down menus were overly sensitive, on iOS and on a desktop. Lots of other things worked great.

                            While gen X’ers may not GAF about these details, they did not raise the IH website to the level of a truly professional clothing retail company anno 2025 imho. I expect that to change now.

                            Otherwise the major issue shopside was the way the site handled (or rather didn’t handle), the bun fights for popular releases.

                                    @Alex you're right it didn't, I'd forgotten that... Checkout was a lot more steps than it needed to be for sure, and not very intuitive, now you mention it. It was the filter thing that drove me batty.

                                        Well...when the site is up and running you have a veritable army of resources here on the forum to help the IHcrew test out the new site. You should launch a separate page dedicated to 'bugs' found. Will help in fast identification and likely reduce downstream costs due to order mistakes, etc. - most folks here I've met are good humans and happy to just click away but you could always run a context to identify bugs at a 1 euro per bug amount :). Looking forward to checking out the new site and throwing down a test purchase !

                                          I humbly volunteer to test discount codes in the checkout process.

                                          I propose we start with 80% and work our way down to 10% in Increments of 10. We must test all possibilities for the good of the customer.
