Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?

I would love to see a white hoodie with this as the crest on the front, with a design on the back in the same vein (that I’m not clever enough to think of). I would settle for a sticker….

I put this in the CPO thread, but adding here. A type 3 in 18oz vintage fabric would be excellent.

@Sir_Cuffs-a-Lot all the banner image variations have been shared with Haraki for sticker approval, and those that he was happy with have been made already I am afraid.

Fair. I don’t really care and wouldn’t be in the market for one, but just thought I’d share that Levi’s has done this very thing (type 3 hickory stripe) more than once—I was actually looking for a different model I’d seen when I found this one. My personal opinion is that you’re going to have different fabric orientations with a type 3 due to the angular design. If it isn’t Wabash or hickory stripes askew, it will be the twill of the fabric itself. Just part of the deal when you have a design that isn’t orthogonal.upon inspection of my old T3 this is nonsense fabric is oriented uniformly across all the seams fabric is oriented uniformly across all the seams

Boooo!

@Alex I might be in the minority, but I don't think there could ever be too many IH type 3s. Especially when most of them are sold out most of the year.
-
@mclaincausey wow, this is a really incredibly well executed! Flawless patching matching on the front

Would the stretch denim ever be put into the XHS? Could tempt me to have a go if it was in the 666 or 634.

Perhaps this exists already but anyway: I love the IH western cut for shirts, but find the western style flap-patch chest pockets largely ornamental and devoid of function. This is largely due to their small size, but also due to the fact that the flap prevents a nice way to slot in a pen or reading glasses etc. So: A western cut shirt, with either (preferred) work shirt style chest pockets (but larger so they can hold a smartphone fully), or traditional flap pockets, but large enough to store a phone and close the flap. Not sure where the heritage for the current style pockets comes from. I assume they were meant to hold a soft pack of cigarettes and a lighter or something?

@Matt oh you, too kind! One-off Relove bags are in the making. Depending on how much unsalable denim we have determines what and how much we can make. But this is definitely happening soon with a small launch of small pieces - and a huge ambition of repurposing as much Iron Heart fabric as possible to keep it from landfill or from floundering in the back of cupboards. More info to follow soon!

Not sure if these would scrath that itch. You may be able to find some of the after market.... https://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/topic/5854/ih-816-brn-brown-whipcord-work-pant
