@cityofdelusion You’re pics just made me regret not pulling the trigger on this during the sale. That’s how damn nice that jacket fits you. Can’t feel your armpits though and agree with what @goosehd said. Love it or leave it.

        Use it or lose it.

Just from looking at your fit pics, I’m not sure what the obstacle is to sizing up. O don’t think you would end up with a baggy fit over a T at all. This one just looks too tight, IMO

I tried them both on at ISP in Denver and all agreed sizing up for me was the way to go. The M would not have gone comfortably over anything but a tee and the L just looked better.

damn damn, might have to give this another go. I returned a medium last year due to the restriction in the pits and been wondering how a size up would work for this jacket. Love the whole primaloft line and the idea of this as a layering piece and am in favor of the chest pockets

I bought two sizes - the smaller one had the restricted pits issue and the other was the one size larger and fit like a glove..

I had the same problem, but mainly the upper arm section being super tight to the extend that it restricted my movement a bit... I was also wondering if sizing up would fix that problem as well.

I got a large in this. Same as my UHF. Fits great with no restriction. Good luck @flannel-slut

I’ll report back on how I make out fellas. Everything fit perfectly on the medium so hoping the size up isn’t sacrificing too much elsewhere

Well, got the large in just now. Still a little tight in the pit area but nowhere near as restricting as the medium was for me. Unfortunately, it is just too baggy through the midsection/opening and no longer has that sleek profile that I loved in the medium. Really wanted this one to work as I'm obsessed with the muffler and vest but going to have to send it back and move on from this piece... Sigh

@flannel-slut Thanks for sharing! I, too, tried to make this work and won't be experimenting any further after reading your experience (which is similar to mine regarding the pit area).

Edit: FWIW, I think the pattern of this jacket needs an update... Rather than removing the chest pockets which are super nice to have (see newer version of this jacket), it would be way nicer to have a less restrictive pit and upper arm/bicep area.

@flannel-slut dang…I was really hoping it would work out. Fingers crossed that future runs/iterations have measurements that work better for you.

How does one get rid of the creases on the outside after giving it a wash in the washing machine with spin at e.g., 1200 RPM? ( @Giles )

Wear it. But I have never spun at 1200, so the creases could be seriously set....

You could go to a dry cleaners and ask them to only remove the wrinkles. They will probably use a steamer. I did this with my white IH nylon jacket after I washed it and it was full of creases.

Good to know that it can still be saved - I'll try using my hand-steamer first and see if it helps.
