Those cords are probably not 21oz. The patch appears to have been taken from 21oz denim pants. Not sure what the weight of the 14 wale corduroy is (might be around 14oz) but it looks similar to this fabric.

…and depending on the execution, a pink N1 could work.  One of my favourite UHF’s is still the “piglet”!
