I’ve wanted to come here for years. Really happy I finally got to see it

I was in Red Wing, many years ago, its a beautiful city. They didn't have that large boot, but I did get to the factory.  Funny story about Red Wing, I stayed at The St. James Hotel which was beautiful, food was great, as were the drinks. Bad part was there were active train tracks behind the hotel, and I would hear trains passing through at all hours. I didn't get much sleep. From there I went to Memphis, hotel I chose there was on the flight path of the airport, which includes the hub for Fed Ex. I switched hotels.

I grew up in The Bronx,NYC and from my bedroom window I could see and hear the elevated subway line. I got totally used to it and other street noises. When I,eventually, moved out to the suburbs it was way too quiet for me. These days I use a White Noise machine that sounds like a 747 taking off.

I grew up near train tracks and I’ve always found the sound comforting at night.
