I need a denim bucket hat (maybe daisy mae style? open to H's thoughts) that will fit size 8 head (63-64mm circumference). Feel free to charge me double or triple the industry norm. Thank you

Won't happen. If you notice, we have stopped selling any boot-cut (461 derivatives), the combination of the low rise and the way the "flare" is created (by pinching in the thigh), meant we got a massive number of returns. 25oz would take the return rate to something like 99%…...
