I saw that today is known as National Blue Jean day Dec. 5. I googled it and interestingly, they claim that most people own 7 pairs of jeans. I don't think I was part of that survey….. ::)

I would like to randomly announce my thanks to the IH Crew for the Christmas card and bar of chocolate you snuck into my package. Was about to toss the packaging when I was like "hrmm, this feels a little heavy" and noticed the little treat. It's the small touches like that that make buying from you feel special.
Make sure to check the bottom of your bag guys. There might be a little something extra from the IH elves.

Shouldn't do. I've been doing the intermittent-fasting thing where you have a 4-hour window each day in which to eat, but basically maintain the same diet. Calorie restriction comes from not being physically able to stuff as much food in there in the limited time available!
I kicked things off with a 120-hour fast over the summer too, which lost me the first 3kgs. After that turned out to be surprisingly easy to do, I switched to this more sustainable, less-anti-social eating pattern.
