        This usually doesn’t happen, but these two meals look the same… Though with a closer look they are actually quite different underneath. Both were tasty too! 🙂

                      Today I am cooking nothing!
                      This salad is made mostly from sprouts I grew myself. (see last picture) 🙂

                        Food just keeps getting better and better… 😘
                        All I do is soak seeds in a jar for 12hrs. then rinse every 12hrs. and magic happens…


                        Just tried using Chia seeds for the first time in Concord grape juice and it tastes/feels like jello (in a good way).

                          Past few days… (Thread overload) 😉
                          Have about 20 jars of sprouts going right now… all sorts of grains, beans, seeds, etc…
                          I’m trying some really unusual ones and there all doing great.
                          The Other ingredients are as fresh and local as I could find, I just love handing my money over to my local farmers, there all just such nice caring people. And it’s much cheaper than the store…

                              well after all that food i feel a bit inadequate as im only making a jelly ,but i am making it with fizzy water .

                                That white asparagus looks good T&A! 🙂 had purple, but never white… would love to try that at some point.

                                          It was unreal all 100% Paleo using sodium free seasonings. My wife's chimmichurri sauce for the skirt steak was out of control.

                                            Always enjoy cooking/eating what’s in season. My farmers are always surprised how much fresh food I buy. They say “you know we will be here next week!?!?!” to which I respond: “yea, but this is all I’ll need to get…” I suppose most people (westerners anyway) skip cooking and buy mostly processed foods form a store… screw that! What would their grandfathers say?
