    @Aetas @Giles Sculptures

    I work at a 200 acre sculpture park as head gardener, landscaper, groundskeeper or whatever you want to call me. I have about 50 acres of mowing that I use this tractor/mower set up for. I have a mid size mower along with a push mower for the smaller detailed areas … then it’s down to weed whackers and hand tools …

      Awesome @Denman-John . What’s the name of the park? Is it open to the public?

        This 200acre, or as we call it 80ha, is a lot of land for an open to public sculpture park.
        As far as I can see the pictures on the Rubinoff website you are doing a great job!

          Thank you! It’s the largest sculpture park in Canada dedicated to a single artist. Come by for a visit this summer if you’re on the west coast.

                    Doesn't look like I accomplished anything. A wet windy storm just passed through which made it pretty hard to get them out of the grass. Filled a 96 gallon compost bin with blossoms. Probably have 2 more to fill over the next couple weeks.

                        I'd have gone over that with our mower 🙂

                          I did the same with my cherry in our backyard. Didn't want to, but the grass needed cut.

                            It was wet out @Giles and more rain is falling now. My mower wouldn't have done much other than die (it's electric). I was trying to get a little ahead and get as many in the compost bin yesterday since pickup is today.

                              I've often thought about that especially wondering if I could sell them to a craft shop or florist or something. Let me know if you get inspired and want any, I have a few I can spare 😄

                                    @Denman-John I really do love those pruners. My wife’s family has apple orchards and for quite a few years, I always had a pair of Felco pruners close at hand. Still have a couple pairs around the house to take care of stuff in our garden.

                                    Thanks for sharing!!

                                      @goosehd Me too! It’s probably my favourite “tool” and is always by my side. I wore Carhartt work pants for years and they were always in my left leg pocket, as I’m left handed. I started wearing 805 overalls to work a few weeks ago and having to put them on the right side has been the biggest adjustment. Otherwise I love them for work! The cuffs pick up a lot of grass clippings and always brush them out at the end of the day. Happy gardening!
