@goosehd I have read the recommendation to size slightly smaller in the waist as you can expect some stretch but what about thighs with any of the 21oz denim.
For me sizing down for the waist may make the thigh somewhat tight as that is what I primarily have issues with. I seem to be always caught between sizes because of my thighs.
For instance, I would love to have a 35” waist with a 14-14.2 thigh. Thighs usually puts me at a size 38. But if I could get close to the 35” waist and say end up with a 13.5-13.7 thigh would this work because of stretch?

@goosehd yes I have looked a the 888s and that is most likely what I am going to go with but looking at their size charts I seem to have the same issue although sometimes you can get a 36” waist with a 14” thigh which is closer

When they come into stock, you do one of 2 things.
Ask if there is a tag 36 with a larger thigh once they go live - but risk them selling out before you get an answer
Or, order a tag 36 and place a note in your order that you want the pair with the largest thigh. We may not find a pair, so you will get a refund -
I’m smack-bang in between sizes on this run, so will sit it out and see what the next lot yields.
I was thinking recently - to use a guitar analogy - that the 634s is like the Telecaster of jeans: Not fancy. Never goes out of style. Lasts forever and gets better over time. Goes well with everything.
Just as Leo Fender got it right the first time, so did IH. -

Will head to Rivet and Hide on Tuesday.
Get to try a few pairs. Will style it differently this time
Let me guess, Mo—a little more loose, no turn up, and Birkenstocks?

Just as Leo Fender got it right the first time, so did IH.Don't give up. Every pair will have slightly different measurements and the size chart is just an average based on pairs measured. If you have specific measurements in mind, ask the crew or hit up a retailer. I have a feeling the next lot of these will not be coming up quickly.
