@CosmoSix5 How does the fabric feel? Is it a new one from them? I have an Oatmeal fleece one so didn't pull the trigger as I only need to look at it and it needs a wash.

@Chibs Purple navy is great - its like a purple undertone a bit like the old black Orslow Bakers had a red undertone.

@Ikeaparty They seem to have large size gaps.

UES now do size 6 in their Ts - Ordered a batch, they are awesome. Slubbier (and probably better) than Wonderlooper ELS Recycled, they have the irregular weave like the Real McCoy Athletic where you can almost see through, like a thick version of the RMc. In truth a 6 is probably too big, if they don't shrink I may go 5 next time.

Also got the Suvin gold (Ramayana) first impressions as good / if not slightly better than the (more expensive) SdA and WL versions.

All of the lightweight short sleeve summer shirts from the last 5+ years in long sleeve versions. I like a light Long Sleeve for the summer and these would all be perfect.

@ARNC My only advice is - Don't be sarcastic to the border guard if you have a car picking you up that charges for the wait.

Light was fading but you get the idea. A line on the back, 2 on the front.

Anyone washed this? I just threw it in with the "regular" family stuff and fucked it a bit. Good news: it will fade. Bad news: I need to integrate these marbles in. Hoping I can fade back consistently over time.

@Slash A "non demim" person was talking to me about Levis Blue Tab. They are advertising is as Japan made and the Japan made is expensive but the collection is probably 10-15% Japan made, similar Japan made denim made up china, rest china / cheap location. I guess they are taking a lot of capacity but there isn't enough for the whole collection.

TLDR - Blue label looked to me that they are marking up on the perception of a premium product from premium locations but mostly it isn't.

The way I look at it is when the thread was answered before it was directional - IHUK might say due September but we all know that might mean September or it might slip a little. The widget is the same - it's not a contract - its current aspiration and wouldn't expect it to be updated with blow by blow details.

@moskiitto Its a back pocket flasher (and based on this mornings break in so far 0.5 inches) away from a perfect slubby jean.

Mine arrived - a quick first impression.
Things that are great:

• The fabric (I love the back, I got a this version rather than OD because of the extreme slubbing at the back)
• The fit (mine need to stretch out, but other than that, very good)
• They have a leather patch (Ok its sown all the way way around but its a much nicer patch than the lightweight jean patches)

Things I don't like:

• They don't come with a back pocket paper thing (like the 14, 21, 21/23, 25oz)!!!
