@Nocturama have you listened to much else from VB? They've got their satirical take on the degeneracy of modern society tuned in so well. I find them so entertaining and thought provoking in such a chaotic way!

@T4920 - far from extensively, they’ve been a good new ‘find’ for me. Loving the sound and especially the socially perceptive lyrics.
During my work days, music is the continual background, but I have to stop and listen if I put VB on, so they’ve been primarily restricted to evening listening. The wife is less keen, which limits time further!!

@Nocturama check on the last tracks on the Welfare Jazz record, surprisingly wholesome, with the final track being a cover of an old John Prine song.
I'd go as far as to call it my favourite love song of all time, all about embracing your partner's flaws and idiosyncrasies.

It’s my favorite record of him! -
For me it's still "The Songs of Leonard Cohen", I love "Master Song". But Leonard is always great.
