@Daniel-San oooh looking fresh and slappable! Have you ever had a fresh tattoo slapped before? I used to hang out with some assholes. I remember showing a chick a new ribcage tattoo I had and she slapped the shit out of it at a show. I don't talk to her no more.

@jiminstitches I can answer that you can add ashes from dead folk into tattoo ink if you have access to it. My buddy did that with his brother years ago.

Finally got a spot with my artist to pick back up on a wip. He had some medical issues for the last two years so I’ve just been waiting and waiting to finish. This is the last pic I have but we are actually a bit further along than shown here. I think there was a filler session to do some of the robe. It’s also a double cover up as I had my first tattoos on my shoulder blades when I was 16/17.

I’ll post a pic in June with updates. Not excited for when we hit the bottom cheeks though.

I booked my next piece during my trip to Vietnam. Found a great shop and tattooer in Hanoi that's going to add on to my right arm...psyched!

What are you planning on getting done?

I can recommend Silver Ant Tattoo Studio in the old quarter of Hanoi. They speak excellent English and their artists are very talented. Prices are very reasonable for the high quality they put out.

@Denman-John thanks for that info man! I looked into Silver Ant. I was impressed. I ended up finding a guy at 1984 who specializes in dragons. Half my arm is a tiger now so thought it would be cool to do a dragon. Kinda situated yin-yang to each other.

Do you happen to know much about 1984?

@Mizmazzle Psyched for you!!! I remember seeing 1984 as it was on a corner and it was close to where we were staying and about a 5 minute walk from Silver Ant. Don’t know anything about them … My son and I both got dragon tattoos while in Vietnam as you see them everywhere there and it’s also the year of the dragon. Really looking forward to seeing which style dragon you end up with as there are quite a few. Now I need a tiger to balance out the dragon!
