@Crease –-the jacket is looking good man. Ive been living in mine this winter.
It holds up against the cold really well with a t and a UHF under it up to about 1 to 2 grad,
Temps at 0 or below, I have to go with a winter jacket.
Keep it up...its always a work in progress

Not that I need another IH denim item by any means. But I don't have a Type III and I've decided that this is def gonna be it, next time a restock rolls around.

After lurking for a couple of months, I spotted this up for sale nearly brand new on the forum. Grabbed it, and oh man is it as great as advertised. A bit of a thumb buster on those button holes, but absolutely a spot on, comfy fit. Fitted but also soft and patterned so I have full range of motion even while buttoned up.

Underneath is the new 316-IND as well, which just goes great with this.

Any timeline on restock? my 888-S are so comfortable and the wife is offering an IH piece as a gift..

Do people really like the hand warmer pockets? I checked with IH and no plans to do a Type III without hand warmers. Bummer, looking for a type III 21 or 22 oz new or used, no hand warmers of course

I mean, they're really practical and very well-placed to be out of the way. I don't use the outer pocket that often, but I do use the inner pocket that they create almost every time I wear it. If you're not using them, they don't really add much extra bulk or anything, if that's what you're concerned about.

@Cimarron Trust me and the rest of the forum, the wait is worth it!  I went from a 21oz indigo to owning a 21oz black, 22oz over dyed, brown corduroy, and a brown suede in the 526 cut.

They really are special.

if you're specifically waiting for a second hand one to come around, just wait until a few days after you spend a bunch of your money or buy something else. then like 5 will hit the marketplace at the same time.
