Pork belly, one with a little bit of spice and hot honey the other with brown sugar.
Also have a 10 pound Boston Butt with a really aggressive bark on it. Smoked it overnight and the temperature spiked up. It should be fine, It will be fine

The Mrs. makes cookies once a year for Santa Clause and had left over dough for a second batch. Its a sweet n salty tooth paradise… crumbled up potato chips, pretzel and dark chocolate chips with pieces of chopped heath bar and pecans
