            Steak sandwich on sourdough. Ancho rubbed Skirt steak with sautéed mushrooms, oven roasted tomatoes, pickled onions and herb aioli.

                First attempt at brisket on a kettle bbq
                Normally a Weber q person but the neighbour was offloading this so grabbed it for a can of lager

                Haven’t cooked with coals in years and it’s been a learning curve

                                  Kamado flamingo up the ribs n coleslaw n chicken with the shiraz in the glasses. I am positive the secret ingredient is the herringbone shirt and 21oz jeans. Wishing you all a great weekend!
