The Russians have a fairy tale, in it one man fed two generals on an island. Apparently this is an old tradition in Russia. One works for 10 lazy people. What's wrong with the Australian post office??? Maybe someone there has read the Russian tale about the man and the two generals??))))

@Danimal506 Many trades, myself included, are required to wear FR at all times while onsite. The small portion of the video I watched seemed to simply be projection onto others about his own insecurities.

@Danimal506 commercial GC here. I notice our pipe fitters wear long sleeves (often denim) year round even through this heat wave. I couldn't do it but I'm sure it's helpful for burn preventions at least a little.

@catdad1 Yea same thing here in Texas. I’d say the heat is the reason they stand around all day, but they do that in the winter time too

@Danimal506 seriously! Never fails. Out of all the MEP guys, their production is always slowest. Typically comes with good quality work though. Gotta love it.

A parcel from the uk has turned up quicker than the one from Perth now in the midst of who’s fault it is and where the fuck it actually is
Almost on a couriers please level of useless at this point (which is who gets all my IH packages when the land in Melbourne unfortunately)

IH delivery is on another level, it gets to my door in Brisbane so fast! Leaves the UK Monday (which is Tuesday our time), and is at my door Friday afternoon. I don't know how they do it.

We had a major storm on June 30th that knocked our neighbor’s tree across our entire backyard. I love our tree guy but he had to prioritize jobs that had trees on dwellings so our yard cleanup got stuck at the back of the list. Our insurance adjuster can’t come until the tree is removed. The tree guys came last Thursday and started cutting some pieces but rain has pushed them back again. Just feels like it has taken forever, but we’re grateful we have power and it didn’t land on the house. I think Boone wants his yard back. Pic is after they did minor cutting this past week
