My go to BA Stout. Much preferred to the adjunct versions.  Bonus that my wife likes it. 2021 version didn’t disappoint.

            Nice BCBS pickup @Sage954
I had the Willet version last year, and while it was good, price wise nothing touches the original
A couple years ago I managed to find somewhere that was doing a growler fill of this stuff…"bad" idea  😃

These two couldn’t be more different.

Ha!  Boh knows.  If I had a nickel for every one of those I put away in high school I’d have a whole lot of nickels.  Of course nickels taste better so I’d have been better off eating those.  The holiday can is a classy touch.  I guess that’s what happens when your hometown beer gets bougie.  Thanks gentrification.

@Joberwocky @Jett129 Even More Xmas didn't impress. It's a fairly straight forward impy. Heavy on the chocolate note. It was bit over carbonated, and a bit thin. There was a smokiness on finish that didn't quite appeal to me, as well. Some may like it, but it wasn't for me…

@mclaincausey , I have to agree with your thoughts on 3 Floyds. Their brews have been around my neck of the woods for years, and at first, I always thought them to be somewhat gimmicky. I don't know what I was thinking. I can only imagine some of the beers I've missed out on, because of my poor initial impression…

@scooter a thin impy stout is always a let down.  I'm glad to hear Three Floyd's is legit, something about their over the top packaging has always turned me away, but I'll have to forego that
