IH-816 - 17oz Duck Work Pants

Hey Guys, I bought a black pair of these from Eli yesterday and have been wearing them for about 10h. To be able to wear them without discomfort, I really need them to stretch 1". So far, I have worn them for about 10 very painful hours but doesn't seem like  they are giving me much. I know this has been up to debate over the last 36 pages, but what would you guys recon, will they give me what I need?

Duck doesn’t stretch as readily as denim. You may get an inch if you work at it for a few days. 10 hours will not be enough.

I wouldnt get too ambitious about trying to stretch them. I did and I tore a hole in them

Good idea.

I’d love to see more of these.  I prefer them over khakis due to the heft of the duck.  Of course hindsight is 20/20.  It was probably low demand that diminished the options in the first place.

I feel like earlier versions had a more generous thigh. This is my favorite cut that IH makes! Please go back to when the thigh was more relaxed, and make them out of ALL the denims, whipcord, AND duck! Lol

No plans to rerun this, sadly. I have tried about five times over the last three years or so, but keep getting push back from Haraki and Tom
