Iron Heart Japan - The Future

[Marc2706]

Great news Alex!!!!! Congrats! I am sure you will handle it perfectly! And remember Spiderman: with great power comes great responsibility!

[Choko]

Congratulations Alex! Now that’s a legacy! Being the president of the greatest clothing brand of all time. Huge news

@Kasi said in Iron Heart Japan - The Future:

Time celebrate. Next party’ make a special one

We will. It’s in a few weeks.

So now instead of one grumpy old guy telling you how to do your job you'll have two.

Congrats to Alex, and of course also to Giles and Paula. Great to see that the future of IH is secured.

[labrat]

Congratulations @Alex , wish you all the best!

This is such welcome news. Congratulations to everyone involved, but especially Alex. The future is bright for Iron Heart.

Congratulations to Alex, and congratulations to Giles as well. As a parent, I can only imagine how rewarding it must be to have a son who not only shares a lot of the same interests in everyday life, but also truly shares the same passion for the business you built. I’ll admit, I’m a little jealous. That has to be a pretty amazing thing as a parent.

From seeing Alex’s interactions here on the forum and getting the chance to meet him in Atlanta, I have zero doubt Iron Heart will be in very good hands. You guys are obviously very similar in a lot of ways, and I’m sure very different in others, but what I’ve always loved about Iron Heart is that unwavering dedication to quality and also that attitude of, “This is what we make. You like it or you don’t.” You’re not chasing trends or changing what you do because everyone else is doing something different. I have no doubt Alex will continue that, regardless of how involved you choose to remain in the years ahead…

Congratulations Alex. That’s a wonderful vote of confidence. I’m looking forward to seeing what the future brings.

Congratulations to all. What a great lineage to be a part of. Many’s thanks to everyone who has brought us everything thus far. Wishing good energy, strength, patience, and resolve for the future.

This is wonderful news.

[wjw]

Congratulations!

[ROman]

Congratulations to Alex, Giles, Paula and the entire IH crew for their incredible dedication to this wonderful brand.

As far as transition plans go, this seems quite positive. So Works Inc is the manufacturer, and Iron Heart is more on branding and retail; do I understand right?

[Chibs]

Can opening a store in Toronto now be on the table? Congrats Alex, Giles, and Haraki!

[Alex]

@SuitOfUHF yep

[RocknRoll]

Great news, “Two Dads” Padmore!

[louisbosco]

amazing stuff!

[Graeme]

I for one welcome our new overlord @Alex.

And congratulations!

Felicidades Alex!!! Wish you much success at the IH helm. Your japanese skills should come in ever handier now.
Curious how the IH-JP staff react to this change.
