Iron Heart Loyalty Vouchers - 2026 and Beyond
-
Maybe it’s because I have the memory of a goldfish, but the loyalty voucher has always been a pleasant surprise, not something I took for granted

My two cents: niche items only available to regulars is a good idea. Stickers, patches, mugs etc. And maybe just throw in some chocolate and a note saying “thank you for being a repeat costumer”, every once in a while.
My only reservation would be something like early access to core items based on previous purchases. As some of you know I am somewhat of a wine collector. And if there is one part of being interested I wine that I detest, it is the allocation part of it. Basically it means that in order to buy a coveted wine, you need to buy a lot of other stuff, that you may not want. I’d hate for that to happen here.
That said I’d have no problem with you ensuring that favored costumers get the items they really desire. But do that on an individual basis, and don’t make it transparent.

@Giles said in Iron Heart Loyalty Vouchers - 2026 and Beyond:
And please, do me a favour, stop getting all semantical about what loyalty is. We all know what it is and be also know what big spenders are. How we decide to distribute our largesse and what we call it, is up to us....
If you're referring to me, i wasn't bitching. I was just commenting on how it can be difficult to manage something like that when there are lots of ways to purchase. Nothing was directed at anyone... I don't feel slighted in the least.

I thought the xmas chocolate bars were the loyalty program

-
@pechelman two years in a row I didn’t get a bar while others were flashing theirs. I brought up in 2024, but just ate my lump of coal in 2025….
-
@Giles Fair enough.
-
What an awful way to treat loyal customers whilst dressing it up as protecting the business. Quite how any of the sycophants in the comments are buying this BS is beyond me. Not sure I have ever enjoyed a discount but it’s the twisted narrative that bothers me.
-
New fan here. I’d love to see a bit more auxiliary content: things like the podcast returning, or more behind-the-scenes insight into the process (without divulging company secrets of course). I don’t regret a single dollar I’ve spent on the brand, and I personally don’t feel any need to be rewarded for loyalty. That said, having more content to dig into would be appreciated.
-
Damn, I really did not want to follow this one comment…
It is what it is to me. I will continue to buy from you all direct and my favorite stockists.
Nothing’s guaranteed in this world, whether it be loyalty points, or anything else and why anybody would think otherwise blows my mind

@Grecocelt what a weird 4th post to make on the forum. I suppose we may not see much more of ya, if your feelings are hurt. Or maybe you’ll keep buying IH products because they’re worth every penny?
Don’t let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya!
-
The one thing I would truly treasure is a little bit of a head start on the product releases. The pressure of trying to buy a coveted piece seconds after the page goes live is stressful. (I'm thinking here of The Extractor that I've been lusting after for literally two years.)

Didn't know there was a loyalty program until the email (how transparent can a company get!) but now I do I concur with the stickers / patches / mugs / chocolate / pencil / ideas...
IH Stickers are an enigma - I have ordered a bunch of times in the last year or so and until my last order I had never had a double sticker. I was starting the think the team went the extra extra mile and logged what each customer has / didn't have!
I love stickers in general and some thoughts I had was different "rank" stickers (though obvs this is admin and a PITA) or a season specific sticker - e.g. when the SS26 comes out for example. Another one I thought last night following @Chibs gushing on the Untucked was item specific stickers - gone off topic there but I would like them.
I could really use a Pannini style sticker album
Wonderlooper did a pencil - was thinking that would be a good one on work shirts.
If you were to do e.g. mugs would prefer something made in Japan than random thing.

@will6er I’m sorry, did you mention Untucked????

I must have just missed getting added to the Loyalty Scheme because that’s news to me! Does this take away from the shit eating grin I have about my new Untucked?

There’s your answer.
