If you haven’t already registered using the survey in the top post please do so asap. I’ll need a final head count for the Saturday venue.

Sunday 9/20 is a double booked Ravens//Orioles game which happens rarely but can affect traffic in the downtown area so please plan accordingly.

Please feel free to explore game ticket options at your leisure. I will be at the bar with party stragglers.

If your plans change and you find you won’t be able to attend but you have already signed up please let @Giles and me know so we can try to keep the headcount somewhat accurate.

Also it may be helpful to remind everyone that this is not a catered event. There will be food trucks at the bar on Saturday and the bar has plenty of non alcoholic options for those who don’t partake but neither IH nor I will be paying for any of it. This is a get together that IH asked me to organize and then invited themselves to so I don’t want anyone to be disappointed when the bar tab shows up.

I was originally planning on just coming up Saturday for the day (I live < 2 hours away from Bmore), but now I think I'll make a hotel reservation for Friday and Saturday night. I have been looking at the hotels posted (thanks Matt) but wanted to ask what others have booked. What say you, fellow travelers? Where are you booked for the weekend?

Also @Matt would you consider going to the Saints at Ravens game on the 20th? Just throwing it out there.

I considered it but I think a lot of people will still be around and I want to take advantage of spending time with them.
