@catdad1 Very odd, sorry you're having trouble. Have you tried on a different browser, just to test?

As it lives on the client side as opposed to server side there isn't much I can do to as there is nothing to "see" on our end.

If you hit the 'X' in the top right hand corner to remove the product, does it do anything?

Also, are you signed in to your customer account? A long shot but it might be remembering your selection

@AdamJ Tapping the x didn't result in anything, nor did logging in and out. I deleted all of my browser data specifically for IHUK/IH America pages and reopened the page. That seems to have worked now.

@catdad1 Thanks! I am glad it's sorted. We're working on a couple of changes and fallbacks to add. Products that get removed from the site whilst in a compare function was not on the list so I will be sure it add it!

Any progress on gift vouchers showing up as flat number for dollars? This is what shows up for me

@SKT hey man, no not yet. For some weird reason, if we make it a flat fee such as 20USD, it registers in the system as 20GBP, so the gift card then equates to more than it should e.g 26USD. So I had to remove the fixed price and let them be converted.

It's the way Shopify handles gift cards on multi store currencies. I chatted to their support and we couldn't really find a decent work around.

I'll chat to our new devs and see if they can impart any wisdom

Does the checkout process not save your payment information anymore? Lord knows I don’t need to grease the wheels but I found that functionality useful

@SKT that is usually tied to you logging in / storing it in your browser. We do not store any payment information in the system whatsoever for security reasons
