If you decide to run more double fronts like the 822’s, I think the 18oz Vintage would be an awesome denim to use. Would make some really interesting fades.

While we’re talking double fronts—I’d love to see any denim with tonal stitching.

I love my ihsh-381-olv and would really like to see more done with this 9oz serge fabric. It's perfect for easy wearing shirts. Drapes amazingly, is an ideal year-round weight and develops so much character with wear and washes. It'd be awesome to see more CPOs/westerns/works done with this in a variety of colors. The way this gets a muted fade showing all the crosshatching is fantastic, I really dig all of the sulfur-dyed pieces and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed they're kinda phasing out.

Not an admin. Not a mod. But the guy whose fits turn heads and whose name comes up when people ask, “how should this piece fit?” 🖕

Something I mentioned in the Iron Shop Provisions thread as a potential collab that would be great to see is a fishing / hiking vest. Something tactical and durable but also lighter weight, good for the outdoors but still stylish enough to wear around town / to events and festivals etc.

@CosmoSix5 Thanks! It's more of a body width/depth thing for me though. I'm trying to get all my Iron Heart shirts altered to fit slimmer because they flare out so much around the waist and bottom opening, front and back. Happens with both the western and work cuts, and it seems the heavier the denim the more it drapes away from the body, especially after going from sitting to standing. I'm currently learning how to sew a flat felled seam so I can do it myself. I've been making bags for a few years, so I figure it shouldn't be too difficult! I appreciate the heads up
