Not sure if this would work the way I imagine, but: Black / Black UHF with a combination of sulfur and reactive dyes, so that the pattern emerges over time.
Would it work that way? Even if it were just two subtly different types of black dye, I think it'd be cool to have a black flannel where the pattern's only visible up close.

Wife got me a suede Lee storm rider with a zip in liner. The way they handled the hand warmer pockets is something I’ve tried to describe here for type 3 jackets. It’s so slick and a good way to satisfy purists and non-purists.

A certain brand who apparently owns the rights to the image of pants being pulled apart by animate or inanimate objects has done them (rather sloppily) at the sideseam on some of their repro jacket models

Won't happen. We work with small craft brands where we can discuss the concept/idea with the actual person making/designing the stuff.

And as has already been mentioned, we do a ton of stuff with Wesco....
