IH-829-IND - 21oz Serge Work Pants - Indigo

Our classic work pants, constructed from a hard-wearing 21oz Japanese serge. A heavy cotton twill similar to denim, this is the same fabric as our 21oz Wabash (just without the bleached dots), woven with indigo rope-dyed yarns which will gradually evolve in tone with wear - these pants have some serious fading potential. Cut to offer an unrestrictive, relaxed fit, our work pants exemplify the over-engineering that Iron Heart is renowned for - featuring reinforced belt loops, heavy twill cotton pocket bags and high-strength poly/cotton stitching.

I’m so excited for these! Looking forward to seeing how the new cut measures up, also. I adore work pants, but they’re often too tight in the thigh for my body. Fingers crossed

Is it a camera trick or is the inseam-hem not 90 degrees? If there is a shorter inseam than outseam to crotch is there a design purpose for that?

It will be a trick of the image. They have the same hem as normal work pants

What I love and “hate” about IH is that even if nothing in the seasonal releases tickles your fancy (which has never happened mind you) and you think your wallet is safe for the season….BAM!!! Along come the surprise drops to blow your mind!!

Damn. I had the 555 version of this fabric but got rid of em because that cut’s too skinny for my taste. This solves that. The way this fabric fades is goddamn amazing.
