Where do we report issues with the new forum?

Not sure if this is something that’s been reported before, but I have a lot of trouble with the forum messaging system. Overall it’s just sort of clunky, but some specifics:

• Sometimes I’ll get a notification that I have a chat, but then I’ll look and it’s seemingly just notified me that someone has started up a conversation with me but hasn’t typed anything yet. This one isn’t a huge deal, just seems sort of odd and unnecessary.

• Notifications seem to be delayed sometimes, or I’m not notified at all that I have a message.

• I have email notifications set up for when I get a new message, but this doesn’t seem to work at all. Email notifications for other stuff (watched categories etc) work just fine.

• Lastly, and this is the big one - hitting return while typing sometimes makes a line break, and other times just sends the message. It seems totally arbitrary how it decides which to do. Whatever the case, it drives me crazy. I’ll be in the middle of a sentence sometimes and might accidentally bump the return key, causing an abrupt end to a paragraph. Or just a minute ago I was trying to send my address to someone and it was

Every

Line

Seems like if it’s possible, configuring it so messages are sent with two presses of return might keep this from happening. I’ll also add that this seems to happen only on mobile for me, but that’s where I spend most of my time on here. Could just be fat fingers but it seems like it’s not all user error.

Anyway, thank you so much for tolerating my laundry list! I hope this is useful.

@popvulture I get the same on 1-3 (I’ve not noticed the return issue), so it’s not just you. I don’t use messaging enough for it to bother me.
