It’s sort of fun to get a shirt from IH that is a essentially a new fit. I only say sort of because it has also thrown me back 6 or seven years to when every purchase had a complimentary sack of newbie anxiety included.
I did more research than I’ve done in years to decide between an L and an XL. Went for the L, and am now blind as to whether it actually fits. I welcome opinions, ( @DrPat here’s your chance from some brutal objectivity, mate ;)).

It’s a perfect trim fit (as a 1 year iron heart rabbit hole newbie it’s comforting that the experts had the same anxieties I did going for the large)!

[mention]neph93 [/mention] Fit is absolutely perfect. Shoulders, sleeves, length, and chest are all exactly as they should be. And I’m assuming you’ll be dry cleaning this one so you won’t have to worry about shrinkage.

Thanks everyone, for the feedback. I think the consensus pretty much reflects my own opinion. Everything fits, there could be a bit more room, but not a problem. The size up would be too big.
@sabergirl when I hit the gym again it will be to make things smaller and less squidgy, not bigger. The last year has been spent in a calorific surfeit [emoji23]

awesome @vaquero357 great purchase. I can say I haven't worn my gun club for any significant time yet, but nearly every time I walk into my closet I caress the fabric in amazement and anticipation for cooler temps.
Like all Iron Heart pieces, pictures don't justice to how the fabric feels, but this is in a different camp than most.
