My worst was something I got on the plane from Fiji to Philippines, hit me bad for 2 weeks.........

Not sure anybody really cares about this, but I kind of wanted to see how long I could make it into the summer wearing 21 oz Iron Heart denim to work. Well…I definitely found the limit.
At least this year, this is the time of year when I just can’t wear 21 oz Iron Heart denim on construction sites anymore, even paired with the 5 oz short sleeve shirts. I tried it the first three days of this week, Monday through Wednesday, and it’s simply too much. Back to the 10 oz Bakers.
It’s probably more about my internal thermostat than the clothing itself. I’m sure plenty of people can pull it off, but when I’m standing in the blazing sun meeting with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, then walking in and out of construction sites all day, it catches up with me. The 80%+ humidity, especially in the mornings, probably doesn’t help a whole lot either.

I gave it my best shot.
Everybody’s built a little differently. I’ve got guys on my job sites who don’t seem to break a sweat when it’s 95 degrees outside, while I’m drenched. I used to tolerate the heat a lot better than I do now, but these days I definitely notice it more.
I’d like to say I’m getting older, but I think at this point, I’m just old

Hello Everyone, I'm new to this forum and Iron Heart products and would just like to say Thank You to everyone there at Iron Heart that are responsible for making these great products available to everyone. I have about a year of experience in exploring the interesting world of Selvedge Denim products and can say that Iron Heart has everyone else beat Hands Down with respect to the quality of their products. I'm rapidly becoming a fan as well as a member of the "Iron Heart Army".
