I also saw it when it came out and don’t remember being blown away it. I’m a Sorkin fan.

I’m with you,as I’m generally a Sorkin fan as well.

@1WayTrip been trying to get the Mrs to sit down to this one this past weekend but made the mistake of telling her it’s from the writer/director of Oldboy. It’s been a hard no since but definitely giving it a go when solo

Watched One Battle After An Other with Mrs Chibs. When we saw how long it was, we planned on watching half tonight and the other Sunday Night. That didn’t happen because it was great! It’s been a while since we’ve seen a good flick. Recommended!

I wasn’t prepared for how finny it was going to be in places. So good.

Yeah def agree lol. The movie plot line stuck with me most of yesterday, don’t wanna say too much and possibly spoil it for anyone else. We watched rental family last night, another great new movie. Nice to see Brenden Fraser resurgence, he def deserves these great roles.

On a related note, my general demeanor of crankiness makes me want to dislike Timothee Chalomet and his puckish manner but I have to remind myself that he’s a young guy on top of the world and he should be enjoying every minute of it.

Thank god. Only 2 weeks since I posted this and now have good reason to hate on this punk. I feel better. 😮‍💨

@goosehd Slight thread drift. My all time favorite opening monologue. Been posting a lot of Norm Macdonald over on the jokes thread as of late. The transcript is helpful.
